The trouble with dieting

The trouble with dieting is that it is not easy for everyone. I personally have tried dieting more than five times in my life time. For some reason it does not work out. As a busy person I have no time to worry about what I should eat. I hardly have time to workout for an hour. Dieting is more suited for people who have nothing to do.

Trying to balance work, school, and everything else going on in my life is difficult. I am not saying that watching what you it is bad I am simply saying that you can loose wait by eating healthier and exercise. People seem to starve themselves and call that a diet or over exercise themselves and call that a diet. Eating healthier food should be easy enough.

As for dieting products like pills that are in the market, which is just not worth all that money. I have been one of those people who have been sucked in to buying every product imaginable. Besides the fact that they cost so much money there is also the problem of actually getting sick from the side affects. I have been a victim to those side affects. I never knew they would actually happen. The risk of me actually dieting with pills was far greater than not dieting.

The problem with dieting is that people have to have time to do it, watching what you eat is considered making healthy choices and I think that is what people should do. Make healthier choices in their eating habits not completely stop eating.

Being active is important although I am not in a diet at the moment I have been making healthier choices and with my busy schedule I am always up and running so I think just being active is healthy. Although I do not have time to exercise like I would like to I can still get a bit of exercise by brisk walking. So dieting is not for everyone but being healthy is making healthier choices is.
